This online weekend retreat is an invitation to deepen your spiritual practice within a flexible, supportive environment. Over the course of the weekend, Shar will host seven live Zoom gatherings featuring guided meditations, self-inquiry, and direct Q&A.
A 'Drop-In' Experience: Designed to accommodate all time zones and schedules, this retreat is flexible. You are welcome to join as many or as few sessions as your schedule allows; the experience is designed so that you won't 'miss out' if you can only attend a portion of the weekend.
The Practice of Silence: While the schedule is flexible, I invite you to commit to silence between our live gatherings if you have the opportunity. This inward focus allows for the deepest integration and benefit from our time together.
Yes. This retreat is designed to be accessible and affordable, even if you cannot attend every session. Please join as many as your schedule allows. Shar understands that participants are joining from various time zones, and some session times may not be convenient for everyone.
If you miss the opening session or any subsequent gatherings, you will not be at a disadvantage. Each session is a complete opportunity for deepening. You are also welcome to join late or leave early if necessary.
It is entirely up to you how much time you dedicate to the retreat. While devoting the full weekend to silence and meditation offers the greatest benefit for awakening, it is not a requirement. I invite you to engage in a way that feels sustainable and supportive for you.

• Attendance & Participation: You are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you wish. You do not need to notify Shar which gatherings you will attend - simply log in and participate as your schedule allows.
• Punctuality: If you join a session late, please ensure you are muted upon entry to preserve the stillness of the space. You are also welcome to leave a session early if needed.
• Joining the Session: Use the Zoom link found in your confirmation email under the heading "Where."
• Sobriety: Please remain sober throughout the duration of the retreat.
• Privacy: This retreat is a space for deep vulnerability. Please respect the privacy of all participants and do not share any personal information discussed during our time together.
• Recordings: To protect everyone's privacy, gatherings will not be recorded. Please refrain from recording any part of the sessions. You are welcome to take notes for your own individual purposes.
• Refund Policy: Registration is final. Refunds are only provided if Shar cancels the retreat, in which case everyone will be refunded in full.

The cost is USD$90 for the entire retreat. Shar understands that most people will not be able to attend all the gatherings, so has made the retreat price affordable.
TO ENROL:
1. Click the black "Book" button below.
2. The system will automatically detect your local timezone and show the start time for the first gathering.
3. Even if you cannot attend this first session, click "Book" to register for the entire weekend.
4. Enter your details and proceed to the payment screen.
- You will receive an email from Acuity Scheduling confirming your registration.
- Your Zoom link is located in that email under the heading "Where." This same link will be used for all seven gatherings throughout the weekend.
- The scheduling system only sends a reminder for the first session. Please check the full schedule against your local timezone for the six subsequent gatherings.
