THE POWER OF SILENCE

This is a three-day online retreat where you have an opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice. Shar will meet with you for talks, Q & A and meditations. The focus will be on meditation and deepening into the silence that is your true nature.
The retreat has been priced, so attending is still valuable, even if you can't make every session. If you have the opportunity to stay in silence for three days there will be a maximum benefit, but this is also not a requirement.
The cost is $50 AUS for the entire retreat (approx $33 USD). There are limited spaces so please book your spot below and then you will be sent the Zoom link for the online sessions. NOTE: This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience with meditation and awakening, but may not be appropriate if you have high levels of unresolved trauma or a serious untreated mental health condition. TERMS
- You are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you wish. If you are going to be late to a session, please remain muted so you don't interrupt the gathering. You are also welcome to leave a session early if required.
- Suggestions and practices will be provided for you to implement when not in a meeting with Shar.
- You are free to cancel up to one week before the commencement of the retreat and receive a full refund, otherwise, you will unfortunately forfeit the fee.
- Please stay sober throughout the retreat.
