TOPIC: How to do emotional work during awakening - including working with triggers, trauma, why it's so painful, whether we can bypass this work, how life supports this process

I warmly invite you to attend a weekly meeting on Zoom where we explore a different awakening topic each week and then meditate and go into a practice. You will have a chance to ask questions or inquire with me. These meetings go for approximately two hours.
