
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

- All bookings are final, and there are no refunds provided unless Shar cancels an event. Please consider rescheduling (terms below). If Shar cancels an event, everyone will be refunded in full.

- You are welcome to reschedule your booking using the black change appointment button on the confirmation email you received, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This includes private sessions and group events. Less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full fee.

- Working with Shar is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Shar Jason is not a therapist and can take no responsibility for any decisions you make. ​​

- Please check your camera and microphone are working before the session starts, as sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to technical issues.

- Sessions cannot be extended if you are late. Shar will wait online for your attendance. Please arrive as soon as possible.

- Please do not record any group session. You may record a private session.
​
- In group sessions, please keep your questions clear and concise, and then mute yourself after your question is answered.
​
- The Zoom chat box is not monitored by Shar during group sessions.
​
- Shar has the right to refuse anyone who is not acting respectfully. You will be removed from the Zoom call with no refund if you are intoxicated, aggressive, or uncooperative. ​​​
