online identity workshop

This one day workshop will be focusing on how the identity structure is formed and how we can best deconstruct it when we're going through a spiritual awakening. Session 1: Learning About IdentityFormation of Identity: Exploring how the identity-structure is built, conditioned, and reinforced over time.Core Identities: Examining the fundamental core identities that we holdThe Enneagram as a Map: Utilising the Enneagram model as a diagnostic blueprint revealing the most common ways we identify.Transcending vs. Deconstructing: Understanding the vital distinction between temporarily rising beyond the identity structure versus systematically dismantling its roots.Deconstructing the Identity: Practical insights and conceptual frameworks for unwinding and seeing through the constructed self.Session 2: Interactive Q&A and Practices:Live Inquiry: An interactive session providing participants the opportunity to ask specific questions regarding their personal identity structure and blind spots.Practices: Guided experiential techniques and practices designed to support the direct surrendering of the illusory self. **No understanding of the Enneagram is needed to participate in this workshop. Schedule: This retreat has been designed to suit AU/NZ and USA timezones, but you are welcome to attend if you are in another timezone. This workshop will also be held in January for EU timezones, if that suits you better. This group is limited to 20 people and you will receive a audio copy of the workshop and a workbook.
