Meet with Shar for meditation every one to two weeks. This free one-hour meditation can provide you tips for your meditation practice and transmission to anchor you deeper into presence. Shar starts by intuitively guiding the meditation and then we sit in silence together.
This is suitable for all levels and no previous experience with meditating is required.
There is no set time. An email will be sent out to advise of the next gathering (often with short notice) and will include the Zoom link. Please subscribe above to be advised of the next meditation.
